Street Closed and Taken for the University of Auckland
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the street described in the Schedule hereto and, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land comprised in the street hereby closed is hereby taken for the University of Auckland from and after the 15th day of December 1969.
