Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Easyrow Oars (New Zealand) Ltd., notice is hereby given that, on Tuesday, 4 February 1969, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by the creditors of the company.

A statement of affairs presented at the meeting indicated that no funds would be available to pay a dividend to unsecured creditors and, in view of this fact, it is not the intention of the liquidator to call for proofs of debt from unsecured creditors. Creditors claiming priorities under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or preferential or secured claims in any other form, will be required to prove in the liquidation in the normal manner.

Copies of the statement of affairs presented at the meeting are available from the liquidator.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Easyrow Oars (New Zealand) Ltd., notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Easyrow Oars (New Zealand) Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 10th day of March 1969 as the day on or before which the secured or preferential creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Mr C. H. Battley, of 307 Queens Arcade, Customs Street, Auckland, be, and he is hereby appointed, liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
