NOTICE is hereby given that an application for the issue of a certificate of title, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, having been made for the parcel of land described hereunder, such certificate will issue, unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same on or before the expiration of 1 month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
