Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block VIII, Te Kawau Survey District, Manawatu County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and, also, declares that the first two areas of road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, and the land first described in the said Third Schedule, when taken, shall vest in Rongotea Farm Ltd., of Hunterville; and further declares that the third and fourth areas of road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, and the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule, when taken, shall vest in C. D. Collis and Co. Ltd., of Palmerston North.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block XII, Wakarara Survey District, Waipawa County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and, when closed, shall vest in the Tourist Motor and Farming Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Hastings, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 79351 and caveat No. 200726, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; also proclaims as closed the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and when closed shall be incorporated in the Crown renewable lease No. 218, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Joan May MacDonald, wife of John Murray MacDonald of Waipawa, sheep farmer, William Hugh Bennet, of Waipawa, public accountant, and Gerald Gordon Wilson, of Wakarara, sheep farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 76104 and 171404 and electricity agreement No. 99535, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto and takes the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and the road, when closed, and the land so taken shall be incorporated in the Crown renewable lease No. R.L.F. 216, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Irene Joan Parkinson, of Tikokino, married woman, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 97581 and electricity agreement No. 995612, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.
