IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

Notice Calling Final Meeting of Creditors

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of North Canterbury Dry Cleaners Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Messrs Hunt Duthie and Co., 159 Hereford Street (Second Floor), Christchurch, on 17 December 1969, at 2.15 p.m., for the purpose of having an account layed before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further business:

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

"That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be committed to the custody of Hunt Duthie and Co., chartered accountants, of Christchurch".

UPON READING the notice of motion to substitute petitioner and the affidavit of IAN WALTER THOMPSON of Auckland accountant sworn and filed herein and upon hearing Mr Short of counsel for Kidd Garratt Limited and upon hearing Mr Jenkins of counsel for Eric Paton Limited THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE SPEIGHT HEREBY ORDERS that Kidd Garratt Limited be substituted as the petitioner in the proceedings instituted for the winding up of Yuill Engineering Limited and that the costs of and incidental to the motion and this order be reserved.

AND HEREBY FURTHER ORDERS that a copy of the said notice of motion and affidavit and a copy of this order be served upon the said YUILL ENGINEERING LIMITED.

AND HEREBY FURTHER ORDERS that the petition be advertised in accordance with rule 17 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1956.

AND HEREBY FURTHER ORDERS that a copy of this order shall be served on all persons appearing in the list of parties filed herein.
