Consent to Assignment
PURSUANT to regulation 41 of the Rock Oyster Farming Regulations 1964, the Minister of Marine has consented to the assignment of the lease of the lease land shown on plan M.D. 12927 (oyster farming lease No. 51) deposited at the Head Office of the Marine Department, to Wilfred Samuel Brittain and Gertrude Elizabeth Brittain.

Oyster Farming Lease
PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Marine has granted to Ian Douglas Hanna, of Maungaturoto; Keith Tari Byres, of Maungaturoto; Roderick John McKay, of Waipu; Pat de Labrosse Hanna, of Auckland; and William Charles Crump, of Takapuna, the lease of 2½ acres of sea bed (lease No. 136) in the Pahi River, Kaipara Harbour, for farming rock oysters.

Assignment of Foreshore Licence for a Jetty and Walkway in Riverton Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Harry Bennett on 16 September 1969* to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Riverton Harbour for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and walkway is hereby assigned to Eileen Joyce Tinker and her administrators, executors, or assigns.

PURSUANT to section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 18 November 1969, amended the undermentioned standard specifications by the incorporation of the amendments shown hereunder:

Law Practitioners Act 1955
PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society, on the 1st day of May 1969 ordered that the name of Jack Stuart Wiseman, of Auckland, be struck off the Roll of Barristers and the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, from which said order the said Jack Stuart Wiseman appealed to the Supreme Court. The appeal was dismissed by the Supreme Court on the 16th day of October 1969.

New Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1968–69 Season Declared (Notice No. Ag. 10533)
PURSUANT to section 18G of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1948, notice is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined that the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for apples and pears grown during the 1968–69 season shall be increased to 101.85c per bushel of bare fruit ungraded and unpacked, and delivered to the receiving depot of the Board nearest to the orchard on which the fruit was grown.

RESOLUTION
PURSUANT to section 22 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Westland County Council hereby resolves that:
“The administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 be carried out by the Westland County Council, as from 1 December 1969.”
