CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice dated the 10th day of October 1969 and published in Gazette, 30 October 1969, No. 70, p. 2158, setting apart for State primary schools land now held for Maori schools in the South Auckland Land District, delete the Second Schedule to the said notice and substitute in lieu thereof the following, which appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres and 27 perches, situated in Block XIII, Coromandel Survey District, being Makomako Block; as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton as M.L. 9622.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, and described as follows:

Declaring Land in the Gisborne Land District, Vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT—WAIAPU COUNTY

SECTION 7, Block XI, Mata Survey District: area, 2 acres 3 roods 13.6 perches, more or less.
