Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Rights, for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Waitara

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewerage and drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer 148653 and subject also, as to Lot 7, D.P. 9572, to the building-line restriction contained in special order 148651, Taranaki Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 1st day of December 1969.
