PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 1st day of December 1969.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 16 perches situated in Block VII, Mount Olympus Survey District, adjoining Section 2, Block VII, Mount Olympus Survey District, Marlborough R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23704 (S.O. 4860) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
