PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the rights of way created by Maori P.R. 9/140, Maori P.R. 8/43, transfer 446074, and transfer 462813, and subject to the right of way created by, or referred to in, Maori P.R.s 8/43 and 9/140 and by P.R. 14/200 and warrant 7/245 and also subject to the rights of way created by transfers 446074 and 462813, for a secondary school from and after the 24th day of November 1969.
