CORRIGENDUM

IN the Declaration dated the 10th day of September 1969, published in Gazette, 9 October 1969, No. 61, p. 1964, declaring land taken for road in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Paparua County, for the plan number “23535,” which appears in the Schedule thereto, read “M.O.W. 23533,” which last-mentioned number appears in the Declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice dated the 16th day of September 1969 and published in Gazette, 25 September 1969, No. 59, p. 1844, headed “The Traffic (Waitemata County) Notice No. 6, 1969” for the words “22 chains” in the Second Schedule read the words “2 chains”, which last-mentioned words appear in the notice signed by the Minister of Transport.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1969.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Waiwera Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
