(in liquidation), notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 362 (8), that, on the 21st day of October 1969, the ordinary shareholders of the above-named company, pursuant to section 362 (1), passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the company; and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will accordingly be held at the Chamber of Commerce, Room 19, Courthouse Lane, Auckland 1, on the 30th day of October 1969, at 2.30 p.m.

Business:

1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors, etc.

That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up; and that, accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily.
