liquidator of The Whangarei Gliding Club Incorporated, which
is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby affix the 8th day of

the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish
any right they may have to priority under the Act or to be

following special resolution was duly passed:
That the club be wound up, in accordance with the rules.

1969, the following special resolutions were duly passed:

1. That the resolution, passed at the special general meeting
   held on the 9th day of September 1969, to wind up the club
   be confirmed.
