Licensing New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. to
Occupy a Site for a Wharf at Taupiri
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits New Zealand Co-operative Dairy
Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include its administrators, successors, or assigns, unless the
context requires a different construction) to use and occupy
a part of the foreshore and bed of the Waikato River, at
Taupiri, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13410 and deposited
in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the
purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf, as shown on the said
plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regu-
   lations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
   far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
   day of October 1969.
3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 6 dollars
   ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
   20 dollars ($20).

   Addition of Land to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park
   PURSUANT to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the
   Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in
   the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 1st day of July
   1969, be added to, and form part of, the Hauraki Gulf Maritime
   Park, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the
   descriptions of the said reserves, to be administered by the
   Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

    PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
    following notice.
    NOTICE
14. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Cook
    County) Notice No. 2, 1969.
15. The Cook County Council’s proposed classification of the
    roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
16. So much of the notice dated the 26th day of May 1969† as
    relates to the classification of the roads described in the
    Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
