NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding up of
the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was on
the 10th day of October 1969 presented to the said Supreme
Court by W. H. Foote & Co. LIMITED of Auckland, manufacturers and that the said petition is directed to be heard before
the Court sitting at Auckland on the 28th day of November
1969 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or
contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose
the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the
undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for
the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for winding-up of the
above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
30th day of September 1969, presented to the said Court by
ATLANTIC UNION OIL COMPANY (N.Z.) LIMITED of 48–64 The
Terrace, Wellington, formerly of the corner of Hunter and
Featherston Streets, Wellington. And that the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wanganui on
Friday, the 14th day of November 1969, at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on
the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person
or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road
Ararimu Road (Formerly Known as Rama Rama - Paparimu
Road) in the County of Franklin
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, public notice is hereby given that the Franklin County
Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Act, to complete the execution of certain public works, namely,
the provision of road; and, for the purpose of such public
works, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to
be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land
so proposed to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
clerk to the Franklin County Council, situated in Roulston
Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by
all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public works
or the taking of such lands, who may wish to make any
objections thereto (not being an objection to the amount or
payment of compensation), must state their objections, in writing, and send the same to the County Clerk at the office of the
Franklin County Council, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, within
40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
If any objection is made to the execution of the said public
works or the taking of such land, as aforesaid, a public hearing
of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
Area and description of the piece of land required to be taken:
23.8 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 174 of the
Parish of Opaheke, situated in Block VI, Opaheke Survey
District; coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 45020.
Situated in the County of Franklin, North Auckland Land
Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated
on S.O. Plan 45020 deposited in the office of the Department of
Lands and Survey, Auckland.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND AND OF PROPOSAL TO STOP
CERTAIN PIECES OF ROAD
Waiuku Road (Formerly Known as the Puni-Waiuku Road) in
the County of Franklin
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, public notice is hereby given that the Franklin County
Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Act: firstly, to complete the execution of certain public works,
namely, the provision of road; and, for the purpose of such
public works, the lands described in the First Schedule hereto
are required to be taken; secondly, to stop, pursuant to the
provisions of section 148 of the Public Works Act 1928, those
pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and
thirdly, to deal with the "severances" described in the Third
Schedule hereto.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands
so required to be taken and of the pieces of road so proposed
to be stopped is deposited in the public office of the clerk to
the Franklin County Council, situated in Roulston Street,
Pukekohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all
persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
works or the taking of such lands, who may wish to make any
objections thereto (not being an objection to the amount or
payment of compensation) and all persons who may wish to
make any objections to the above proposal to stop the said
pieces of road must state their objections, in writing, and
send the same to the County Clerk at the office of the
Franklin County Council, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, within
40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
If any objection is made to the execution of the said public
works or to the taking of such lands, as aforesaid, a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time
and place of the hearing. If any objections are received to the
proposed stopping, as aforesaid, a public notice will be
published calling a meeting of the ratepayers of the district;
such meeting to be held at a time and place to be specified in
the said notice, the time so specified being not earlier than 14
days after the date of the publication of the notice, pursuant to
the said section 148 of the Public Works Act 1928.

AREAS and descriptions of the pieces of land required to be
taken for road:
13.2 perches, being part of the land on Deposited Plan 16258;
coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 44882.
