EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of special lease, Volume A. 1, folio 1157 (Taranaki Registry), in the name of Clive Maxwell Campion, of Waitara, manager, for 26.7 perches, more or less, being Section 26, Block VIII, Mimi Survey District, and application No. 171897 having been made to me to register a surrender of the said lease, I hereby give notice of my intention to register such surrender of lease and to dispense with the production of the said lease, under section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
