Assignment of Foreshore Licence for Boat Mooring at Motunau River

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Rova Enterprises
on 28 February 1967*, to use and occupy part of the foreshore
and bed of the Motunau River for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a boat mooring, is assigned to Thomas Warwick Lee
and his successors and assigns.

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine
hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Mana Estates
Ltd. on 27 October 1956* to use and occupy a part of the
foreshore and bed of the sea at Manawakupakupa, D'Urville
Island, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf, is
hereby assigned to Graeme Nelson Wells and Raymond John
Wells, and their administrators, executors, or assigns.

Rock Oyster Farming Lease

Pursuant to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, the Minister
of Marine has granted to Waiwera Concessions Ltd., of
Waiwera, the lease of 10 acres of sea bed (lease No. 102) in
Dyers Creek, Mahurangi Harbour, for the cultivation of rock
oysters.

Order of the Naval Board Relating to the Attachment of Members of the Armed Forces of the Singapore Maritime Command to the Naval Forces of New Zealand

Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by paragraph (a)
of subsection (2) of section 6 of the Visiting Forces Act 1939,
the Naval Board of the New Zealand Defence Council hereby
orders that every member of the Singapore Maritime Command
who is placed at the disposal of that Board by the Singapore
Maritime Command for the purpose of being attached temporarily
to the Naval Forces of New Zealand is so attached.
