WHEREAS by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 75, certain notices under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 are revoked:

Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notices, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.


NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 77.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft Amendment to New Zealand Specification


PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft amendment is being circulated:

D 122 Draft amendment No. 1 to NZS 1881 : 1964, Pure-tone diagnostic audiometers.
NOTE—This amendment clarifies certain requirements, and brings into line with NZS 2233 : 1968 the data on normal equivalent threshold sound pressure levels for earphones.
All persons who may be affected by this amendment and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies on loan from the Standards Association of New Zealand, New Zealand Display Centre Building, Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington 1.
