Rock Oyster Farming Lease

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas certain parcels of that land have since been released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is desired that the balance of such lands (under their present appellations) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked, being replaced, to the extent necessary, by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
