PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land firstly and secondly described, to the water and pipeline easement created by transfer S. 334376, South Auckland Land Registry, for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 20th day of October 1969; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 20th day of October 1969, subject, as to the land firstly and secondly described, to the said easement.
