Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block VII, Tauhoa Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Hilda Kathleen Gubb and Clarice Gubb, spinsters, and Geoffrey Keith Gubb, farmer, all of Hoteo, as to one one-quarter share each, and in Mary Coe Gubb, of Hoteo, widow, and the said Geoffrey Keith Gubb jointly, as to one one-quarter share, as tenants-in-common in the said shares.
