Reservation of Land and Appointment of the Wellington Play Centre Association Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, hereby appoints the Wellington Play Centre Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes.

Declaration That a Reserve be the Te Popo Domain and Appointment of Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Te Popo Domain; and, further, appoints the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Stratford to be the Te Popo Domain Board, to have control of the said domain.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 21) 1969

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 21) 1969.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice
———
PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 112 of that Act, Leo Issie Phillips, M.B., CH.B.(U.N.Z.); M.R.C.P.(LOND.); D.C.H., R.C.P.(LOND.) and R.C.S.(ENG.), of 127 Grafton Road, Auckland, has withdrawn his notice that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided in section 112 of the Act.
The maternity notice relating to this said medical practitioner, dated 5 December 1955, is hereby consequentially revoked.
