Revocation of Reservation over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site
for town board offices over the land described in the Schedule
hereto.

castle Survey District: area, 28 perches, more or less. All

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the
Opoutama Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve
for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves
and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public
domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-
mentioned Act, to form part of the Opoutama Domain, to be
administered as a public domain by the Wairoa County Council.
This area was included in error in the constituting of
the Opoutama Domain in an Order in Council dated 10
October 1945, appearing in New Zealand Gazette, No. 65, of
18 October 1945, p. 1295.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Raglan County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for aerodrome purposes; and, further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the
Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Raglan, in trust, for that purpose.

Maori Land Development Notice

Whereas by virtue of the notices referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the lands described in those notices were
declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release
certain parcels of those lands from the provisions of the said
Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Christchurch 1969, No. 2.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
   Affairs Act 1953.
