Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block III, Tarras Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Albert Edward Smith, of Queensbury, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. R.L.F. 244, register book 369, folio 170, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 13th day of October 1969.
