Declaring Land Taken for a State Primary School in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant by transfer No. 689098 and subject to building-line restriction No. 689099, Wellington Land Registry, for a State primary school from and after the 13th day of October 1969.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estates in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Edgecumbe Court Ltd. from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. S. 409744, South Auckland Land Registry, as to the land first, secondly, and fourthly described in the said Schedule, and memorandum of lease No. S. 365386, South Auckland Land Registry, as to the land thirdly described in the said Schedule, are hereby taken for buildings of the General Government from and after the 13th day of October 1969.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Declaration declaring land taken, subject as to parts to certain restrictions, for better utilisation in the City of Lower Hutt and published in Gazette, 3 October 1968, No. 61, at page 1701, and hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement at that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to part Lots 1 and 7 to the building-line restriction imposed by Order in Council 2116, and subject as to the part Lot 1 coloured yellow and part Lot 7 coloured blue on D.P. 21663 to the rights to drain storm water, surface water, and sewage appurtenant to Lot 2, D.P. 21663, created by transfer 539617 (subject to section 351E, Municipal Corporations Act 1954), Wellington Land Registry, for better utilisation from and after the 13th day of October 1969.
