PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First Schedule hereto: also hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and, further, declares that the road described in the said First Schedule, when closed, and the land described in the said Second Schedule, when taken, shall be added to the scenic reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto.
