Appointment of the Featherston County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Featherston to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes.

Putangirua Pinnacles Scenic Reserve
SECTIONS 4 and 5, Block XIV, Haurangi Survey District: area, 288 acres 1 rood 11 perches, more or less (S.O. 26665).

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Matamata Borough Council to control and manage the reserve for scenic purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

Piako and Matamata Counties
SECTIONS 9 and 11, Block XI, and part Section 2, Block XV, Wairere Survey District: area, 221 acres 1 rood, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 4/1146A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plans 4253 and 10722A.)
