NOTICE is hereby given that, by entry in its minute book
pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, the above-
named company, on the 29th day of September 1969, resolved:
"That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up; and
that, accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily, and
that Frederick Calvert, of Lower Hutt, chartered accountant,
in public practice, be nominated as liquidator".
Further notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors
of the above company will be held, pursuant to section 362 (8)
of the Companies Act 1955, in the Boardroom, First Floor,
Real Estate House, corner Waterloo Road and Queens Drive,
Lower Hutt, at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday, 9 October.

Business:

1. Confirmation of the company's nominee as liquidator or,
   if thought fit, the appointment of an alternative liquidator.
2. The receipt of a statement of the company's position.
3. The receipt of a list of creditors.
4. General.

Forms of general and special proxies are available from
the undersigned and, to be used at the meeting, should be lodged

of New Zealand dated the 29th day of August 1969 confirming
the reduction of capital of the above-named company from
$24,000 to $200 and the minute approved by the Court showing
with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the
