CROWN'S TITLE DISCLAIMED

IN the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of GUTHRIE AND LARNACH'S NEW ZEALAND TIMBER AND WOODWARE FACTORIES LTD., a dissolved company, notice is hereby given as follows:

1. That, on the 15th day of October 1968, it came to the notice of the Secretary to the Treasury that the estate in fee simple of the above-named Guthrie and Larnach's New Zealand Timber and Woodware Factories Ltd. in all that piece of land situated in the Invercargill Hundred containing 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being that piece of land shown on Deposited Plan 110 as portion of Lord Street bounded on the north by Lot 1, Block 1, Deposited Plan 4428, on the west by Lots 2, 4, and 6, Block 1, Deposited Plan 110, on the south by Hyde Street, and on the east by Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 1, Deposited Plan 110, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 19, folio 104, Southland Registry, had vested in the Crown, pursuant to section 337 of the above-mentioned Act.

2. That, on the 6th day of November 1968, application was received by the Secretary to the Treasury for the Crown's title to the said estate in fee simple to be disclaimed.

3. That no such application was received by the Secretary to the Treasury with respect to the said estate in fee simple before the date aforesaid.

4. That the Crown's title to the said estate in fee simple is hereby disclaimed.
