SPECIAL ORDER

IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Hokianga County Council hereby resolves, by way of special order, that the noxious weeds scheduled hereunder be declared noxious weeds within the County of Hokianga.

Barley grass (Hordeum murinum).

Nodding thistle (Carduus nutans).

Welted thistle (Carduus crispus).

The Road Classification (Eltham County) Notice 1969

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Eltham County) Notice 1969.

  2. The Eltham County Council's proposed classification of the roads, as set out in the Schedule hereto, is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the warrant dated the 31st day of October 1950† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

ELTHAM COUNTY

Roads Classified in Class Two

  1. Auroa Road—that portion which lies between Eltham Road and Stratford-Opunake Road.

  2. Dalziel Road—the whole of its length.

  3. Duthie Road—that portion that lies south of Eltham Road.

  4. Fraser Road—that part that lies within Eltham County.

  5. Hastings Road—that portion within the Eltham County which lies north of Eltham Road.

  6. Hunter Road—the whole of its length.

  7. Palmer Road—that portion within the Eltham County which lies north of Eltham Road.

  8. Rawhitiroa Road—that part from the Eltham Borough boundary to its junction with the eastern end of Horoi Road.

  9. Rotokare Road—that part which lies between Mountain Road and Fraser Road.

  10. Rowan Road—that portion within the Eltham County which lies north of Eltham Road.

  11. Skeet Road—that part which lies between Boylan Road and Hastings Road.

  12. Stuart Road—that part which lies between Eltham Road and the Waingongoro River.
