WHEREAS by Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 56, certain notices under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 are revoked:

Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notices, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 57.

2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release certain parcels of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Palmerston North 1969, No. 2.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

4. This notice is issued in replacement of Maori Land Development Notice Palmerston North 1969, No. 1, which is hereby revoked.
