The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966—Amendment No. 12

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966, Amendment No. 12, and shall be read together with, and deemed to be part of, the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

  2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  3. The principal notice is hereby amended

(i) by deleting

(a) under the general heading of HARDWARE, sub-heading Builders', plumbers' and electricians' hardware, the item "Cables, electrical"

(b) under the general heading MISCELLANEOUS, the item "Insulated wire and cables, electrical"; and

(ii) by adding

(a) under the general heading of HARDWARE, sub-heading Builders', plumbers' and electricians' hardware, after the words "Wires, excluding bare copper, binding, and wire netting", the words "and also excluding insulated electrical wire and cables"

(b) under the subheading of Miscellaneous hardware, after the words "Wire...netting", the words "or insulated electrical wire and cables".

The Parakai Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1969

Pursuant to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Parakai Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1969.

  2. There is hereby constituted a local licensing trust to be called the Parakai Licensing Trust.

  3. (i) The first election of members of the Trust shall be held on Saturday, 18 October 1969.

(ii) The Returning Officer for the first election of members of the Trust shall be Kenneth Maclachlan, County Clerk for the Waitemata County Council.

  1. The area within which polls shall be taken for election of members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area comprised within the former Helensville Riding of the Waitemata County, as defined at the date on which the riding was abolished.

  2. The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute its profits, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, shall be the area known as the Parakai Domain, as defined in the Schedule to this notice.

Notice Revoking the Notices Declaring the Town District of Hikurangi and the County of Otamatea Inspected Meat Areas and Redefining the Whangarei Abattoir District to Include the Town District of Hikurangi and the Counties of Otamatea and Whangarei (Notice No. Ag. 10492)

Pursuant to section 7 (3) of the Meat Act 1964, the notices declaring the Town District of Hikurangi* and the County of Otamatea† to be inspected meat areas are hereby revoked.

Pursuant to section 15 of the Meat Act 1964, notice is hereby given as follows:

  1. The Whangarei Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise the districts, as constituted from time to time, of the following local authorities:

(a) Hikurangi Town Council,

(b) Otamatea County Council,

(c) Whangarei Borough Council, and

(d) Whangarei County Council.

  1. The Whangarei Abattoir Company Ltd. shall continue to be the controlling authority of the Whangarei Abattoir.

Gore High School Board of Governors Notice 1969

Pursuant to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Gore High School Board of Governors Notice 1969.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1970.

  1. The Board of Governors of Gore High School shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Southland Education Board;

(b) Seven members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;

(c) One member appointed by the Gore Borough Council.

  1. This notice is in substitution for the Gore High School Board of Governors Order 1966*.
