Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the lands described in that notice were declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by subsequent orders of the
Maori Land Court the appellations of certain parcels of the
land have been changed; and whereas certain parcels of the
land have been released from the provisions of Part XXIV
aforesaid; and whereas it is desired that the balance of the
said lands (under their present appellations) shall remain
subject to the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 49.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
   hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by
   notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out
   in the Second Schedule hereto.
