PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 22nd day of September 1969.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 31.6 perches situated in Block IX, Waiau Survey District, being part Section 195; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23462 (S.O. 7793) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Road Purposes in Block VII, Rangaunu Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the Declaration dated the 21st day of January 1969 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 20 February 1969, No. 9, p. 286, taking a leasehold estate in land for road purposes in Block VIII, Rangaunu Survey District, by deleting therefrom all reference to renewable lease 2388 (register book, Volume 847, folio 117, North Auckland Land Registry), and substituting therefor reference to renewable lease 2388 (register book, Volume 846, folio 117, North Auckland Land Registry).
