The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

This notice is issued in replacement of the notice referred to in the First Schedule, which is hereby revoked.

Temporary Protection of Industry
NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake inquiries, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, and to report, in terms of section 10D of that Act, concerning the following goods:
- Ornaments of artificial plastic materials, on declaration for use in the manufacture of footwear, falling within Tariff item 39.07.99.
Date of reference: 8 September 1969.
- Tapping attachments, falling within Tariff item 84.48.09.
Date of reference: 8 September 1969.

Price Order No. 2116
In pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Price Tribunal by the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following price order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2116 and shall be read together with, and deemed part of, Price Order No. 2114* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

This order shall come into force on the 12th day of September 1969.

The principal order is hereby amended by revoking clause 4 thereof and substituting the following:
“This order shall apply to all sales of herbicides, insecticides, and acaracides specified in such Schedule as may be published in the Gazette from time to time by the Minister of Agriculture pursuant to the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 and the Agricultural Chemicals Act 1959; but shall not apply to any herbicide, insecticide, or acaracide packed in a container holding less than 1 gallon of liquid or less than 4 lb by weight of solid, unless the herbicide, insecticide, or acaracide is a restricted poison as so declared by regulation 4 of the Poisons Regulations 1964.”
