PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is closed; and the road first and secondly described in the said Schedule is added to the adjoining land taken for the Otago Central Railway by Proclamation No. 2012, Otago Land Registry, and the road lastly described in the said Schedule is added to the land taken for the Otago Central Railway by Proclamation No. 1919, Otago Land Registry.
