Notice Calling Final Meeting

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of
the Kennington Co-operative Dairy Factory Co. Ltd. (in liqui-
dation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of
the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held in the Public Hall, Kennington,
on Tuesday, the 23rd day of September 1969, at 8 p.m., for
the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how
the winding up has been conducted and the property of the
company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation
thereof by the liquidator.

Further business:

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution:

“Resolved, that the books and papers of the company and
of the liquidator be held by the liquidator for safe custody,
pursuant to section 328 of the Companies Act 1955.”

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of
The Taihape Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. (in voluntary liqui-
dation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of
the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held at the boardroom of Messrs
Ashenden, Kingham, Rae, and Co., Chartered Accountants,
Taihape, on Friday, the 19th day of September 1969, at 1.30
p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it
showing how the winding up has been conducted and the
property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive
any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further business:

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

“That the books and papers of the company be disposed of
by handing them to Manawatu Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd.”
