Declaring Land in North Auckland Land District to be a Water Area (Parua Bay Farm Settlement) for the Purpose of Section 50 of the Land Act 1948

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 50 of the Land Act 1948, the Land Settlement Board hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be a water area for the purpose of the said section.
