PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 0.8 of a perch situated in Block II, Mangawhai Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being described part Lot 2, D.P. 41023; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23445 (S.O. 45368) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and that, when closed, it shall vest in Ian Didsbury Nelson, of Alfredton, farmer, and Frank Smith, of Pahiatua, public accountant (jointly inter se as to one undivided half share) and Ian Didsbury Nelson, of Alfredton, farmer (as to one undivided half share) as tenants-in-common in the shares set out after their respective names, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 303667, 747890, and 747891, Wellington Land Registry.
