EVIDENCE having been produced of the loss of the outstanding
duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 99, folio 155, Nelson
Registry, in the name of Frederick George Cooper, of Christ-
church, carpenter, and Annie Jane Cooper, his wife, for 32
perches, more or less, situated in the Tahunanui Town District,
being Lot 7, Deposited Plan 3712, and being part Sections I
and II, Suburban South District, and application No. 122523
having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in
lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such
new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the
date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

Office at Nelson.
