PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
(a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and
(b) stops the said road.

ALL that piece of land containing 289 acres and 20 perches situated in Blocks II and III, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being Sections 74, 75, 76, and 145, and part Sections 73, 77, 78B, and 79, Waitara West District; part Kaipakopako No. 1 Block and part of the bed of the Mangateranoho Stream, the said Sections 74, 75, and 76 being also shown as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, D.P. 5331, and other parts of the said land being also part of the land on D.P. 153, D.P. 343, and D.P. 1468. PURSUANT to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Gisborne Harbour Board to reclaim from lands situated on the foreshore and part bed of the Waikanae Stream, at Gisborne, an area of 3 roods 27.5 perches, as shown, edged red, on plan M.D. 13418 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, being Gisborne Harbour Board endowment land required for industrial purposes.

PURSUANT to section 175 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Manukau City Council to reclaim from Halfmoon Bay, Tamaki River, an area of 1 acre 1 rood 10 perches, as shown, edged red, on plan M.D. 13338 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, being land required for the benefit of the public.
