John Edward Butler Ltd., incorporated in England, having transferred its New Zealand business to John Edward Butler (New Zealand) Ltd., hereby gives notice that it intends, at the expiration of 3 months from the date of the first publication of this notice in the Gazette, to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CEASE TO HAVE A PLACE OF BUSINESS IN NEW ZEALAND

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of The M.L.C. Fire and General Insurance Co. Pty. Ltd., The M.L.C. Fire and General Insurance Co. Pty. Ltd. hereby gives notice that, after the expiration of 3 months from the first publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, the company will cease to have a place of business in New Zealand.

This notice was first published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 11th day of August 1969.
