Condition:

To be sold to manufacturers of bulk feeds only.

Little Pal Tapeworm Tablets

Conditions:

  1. That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon, a dealer, or a hydatids control officer, or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
  2. That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon or a hydatids control officer.

SCHEDULE IV

Triple Magnesium

Conditions:

  1. That the company carry out controlled trials.
  2. That trial data and evidence of its efficacy be supplied to the Board within the 2-year licensing period.

T.V.L. Johne's Disease Vaccine

Condition:

That it is sold and used only under the direction of veterinarians of the Department of Agriculture during the licensing period.

Klenz Teat Spray

Condition:

That trials be carried out within the 2-year licensing period.

T.V.L. Feline Enteritis Vaccine

Conditions:

  1. For one thousand (1,000) only doses.
  2. To be used only by a veterinary surgeon.
  3. That evidence of efficacy is submitted to the Board within the 2-year licensing period.

Aero Mast

Conditions:

  1. That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon.
  2. That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.
  3. That evidence of efficacy is submitted to the Board within the licensing period.
