PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Marine has granted to Philip Kerse Barron and Philip James Barron, of Whangarei and Wellsford respectively, the lease of 5 acres of sea bed (lease No. 72) in Gumstone Creek, in Kaipara Harbour, for the cultivation of oysters.

Assignment of Foreshore Licence for a Boatshed and Slip at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Stewart Island Fish Packing and Storage Co. Ltd., of Invercargill, on 24 September 1964*, and assigned to Skeggs Foods International Ltd., of Dunedin, on 16 July 1968†, to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boatshed and slip, is hereby assigned to Stewart Island Seafoods Ltd., of Invercargill.
