EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate
of title, Hawke's Bay Volume 159, folio 136 (Hawke's Bay
Registry), containing 15 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less,
being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 9366, comprising portion of
Waowaototara A. 2 Block, in the names of Neil Compton, of
Putorino, sheep farmer, and Lydia Edith Annie Compton, his
wife, having been lodged with me, together with an application,
No. 231438; to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof,
notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new
certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.

Builders Association Incorporated as from the 18th day of July

DECLARATION OF THE DISSOLUTION OF A SOCIETY

I, Christopher Charles Kennelly, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated
Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made
to appear to me that the Ocean View (Brighton) Improvement
Society Incorporated is no longer carrying on business, the
aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section
28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
