Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Acquisition of Land as Part of Otatara South Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act, as an addition to the Otatara South Scenic Reserve.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Geraldine County) Notice No. 1, 1969.

2. The Geraldine County Council’s proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

3. So much of the Warrant dated the 19th day of October 1950† which relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Assignment of Oyster Farming Lease

PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964 and the Rock Oyster Farming Regulations 1964, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the lease of the lease land shown in the plan numbered M.D. 12724, granted to Cecile Monica Wilbraham on 7 December 1967* for the purpose of developing a rock oyster farm, has been assigned to Taspac Oysters Ltd., its successors and assigns.
