Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Agreement, for the Purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, in the Borough of Hawera

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer 104643, Taranaki Land Registry, for the purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and shall vest in the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand from and after the 4th day of August 1969.
