Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Secondary School (Caretaker’s Residence) in the Borough of Patea

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Patea Harbour Board by Norman Alec Kenneth Mackay, of Patea, labourer, and Ruth Elizabeth Molly Mackay, his wife, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 104656, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a secondary school (caretaker’s residence) from and after the 4th day of August 1969.
