Amending a Notice Setting Apart Public Reserve for a State Primary School in the City of Christchurch, Together with a Right of Way and Subject as to Parts to Rights of Way and Sewer Easement

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice published in the Gazette of 10 April 1969, No. 21, at page 653, setting apart public reserve for a State primary school in the City of Christchurch, together with a right of way and subject as to parts to rights of way and sewer easement, by deleting the word “blue” from the Schedule thereto and substituting the word “orange” therefore.
