HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waitemata County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XII, Kumeu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, and be under the control and management of the Wellington City Council.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint
Henry Moody Hopper
to be an additional conciliation commissioner under and for the purpose of the said Act; appointment to date from the 1st day of July 1969 and to end on the 30th day of September 1969.

PURSUANT to section 167 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the operation of Part III of the said Act.

ALL that parcel of land situated in the South Auckland Land District containing an area of 54 acres 10 perches, more or less, being Allotment 746, Taupiri Parish, situated in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County, and being more particularly shown on Survey Office Plan 44869.

Appointments
Flight Lieutenant Kevin Augustine Jones (80536) is appointed to a career commission in the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, for a period to expire 18 December 1981, with effect from 10 June 1969.
Flight Sergeant Peter Adrian Hunnibell (71359) is appointed to a short-service commission in the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, for a period to expire 8 April 1973, to be followed by 4 years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers. He is appointed in the rank of Flying Officer, with seniority and effect from 9 April 1969.
